A list of my go to spirit lifters and Quotables.

To remind you who you are when you forget.
To guide your decisions when the path is unclear.
To rekindle your fire when the world feels cold.

This is my personal collection of quotes, questions, and phrases that have helped me stay upright when life buckled at the knees. I started keeping this list during a season where I felt lost—adrift between the person I was and the one I was trying to become.

A fancy name for something pretty simple: a set of reminders. Reminders of who I am when I forget. Of the kind of courage I want to live with. Of the kind of impact I want to leave behind. Some lines are borrowed from thinkers and poets; others are things I scribbled down on long rides or quiet nights. All of them mean something to me.
I revisit this page when I need to recenter—when I’m tired, uncertain, or just need a reminder that this road is still worth walking. Maybe something here will land with you, too.
